DEATH WISH 
The film felt like a remake of the 1974 Charles Bronson classic but just didn't have the same appeal.
Director Eli Roth and Bruce Willis didn't put enough juice in it to make it more interesting to today's audience. It was too slow and so dramatically (and unnecessarily) boring, like we were transported back to 70s action filmmaking standards. I get that they're trying to make it more realistic, but nothing in this film is close to what's real now.
Watch it. But don't expect too much.
