I had high hopes for this because of the initial reviews but you know, early reviews are mostly commercially driven. I prefer not to say anything bad about a "bad" movie and tend to focus on its good traits instead especially when I'm part of an early review group. But since this has already raked its share in the box office, well I guess it's fair to say that this is a lousy horror flick. It could've had a lot of cinematic value if it was just an episode in the X-Files series but to make a full-length and big screen venture is an enormous insult to the horror-loving community. How the film was made is commendable and at par with some of the great thrillers but the story is non-sense. I think this film was just made to showcase Sydney Sweeney's (Sister Cecilia) enormous "talents" - but the fact is, Benedetta Porcaroli (Sister Gwen) carried more weight in this film even if her "talents" are not that big.
