BATMAN: THE LONG HALLOWEEN PART 2 (2021) 
The sequel only showed further how weak "Batman" was when he was just starting his crime fighting career. Aside from giving us a glimpse on the origins of some of Gotham's freaks it also provided a strong background on the final days of Gotham's organized crime syndicates, paving way for the deranged to wreck havoc on the Wayne family legacy. Great story.
