A BOY CALLED CHRISTMAS 2021 
A beautiful, straightforward, heartwarming and magical retelling of the classic story of Father Christmas. It's so simple that it almost felt like it's the truth. The story also has the same feel as Peter Pan, specially with Maggie Smith in the film - she played the old Wendy in HOOK by the way. The young boy who played Nikolas is not the most lively actor but will surprisingly charm you and even bring you to tears in several parts. Here are some of the lines in the film that really stabbed my heart while watching it because it felt like they were all intended for me, now.
👉 To see something, you must believe in it. Really believe.
👉 You can handle anything, because you’ve already handled everything.
👉 Grief is the price we pay for love, and it’s worth it a million times over.
👉 The only thing in life that is simple and clear, is the truth. But it can be painful.
👉The darkest night will end. The sun will rise, and Christmas mornings will come again when anything and everything can happen.
