ORPHAN FIRST KILL 2022
First Kill tells the story of what happened before the events of the first film back in 2009. From the time Leena (Isabelle Fuhrman) escaped incarceration at a mental institution and a quick stopover with a family from where she assumed her identity as Esther. It's as creepy as the first film but with a very different flavor. For a psychological thriller, this one is not too complicated. Also stars Julia Stiles and Matthew Finlan. Knowing who Esther was and her issues from the first film kinda messed up the suspense in the prequel. It's like you already know what was going to happen all the time. Cat's out of the bag.
