ROGUE AGENT 2022 
What a wonderful surprise! This thriller is based on the true story of a conman who poses as an MI5 agent to kidnap, enslave victims, commit fraud and extortion. The conman Robert Freegard, wonderfully portrayed by James Norton, is both charming and sadistically evil and witty at the same time. But one of his victims, Alice Archer (Gemma Arterton) is on a mission to bring him down at all cost. If you're looking forward to spy action scenes, you'll find no such thing here. But even so, this film is so highly engaging and the fact that this is inspired by true events is both disturbing and amazing.
