WOODY WOODPECKER GOES TO CAMP - 2024

Woody Woodpecker is just as loud and mischievous in this live-action full-length film as the 2D cartoon shorts that he originated from. The plot here is simple - he got kicked out of the protected forest that he calls home and was told to not come back until he learned to become a team player. So he enlisted himself to a summer camp filled with misfits "Camp Woo Hoo" who is in rivalry with another camp called "Camp Hoo Raa". The story gets a little bit interesting when the wilderness games start and the sinister Buzz Buzzard comes in to the picture. Anyway, this one's a family oriented film with some simple notes about teamwork, leadership and building self-confidence. Best watched by kids from primary school and middle schoolers.
