MULAN 2020
Well it's a Disney movie but it's nothing like the original 1998 Disney animated movie. If you're watching to compare it to that you'll only be disappointed. I have stopped doing that a long time ago. 😁
If this is your first time to watch a Mulan movie, then you'll probably like this for its amazing cinematography - you gotta love how they used colors to highlight every scenes. You're not getting an upgrade or a downgrade - this is just a totally different film.
A line from the song "Reflection" can aptly describe what this movie is all about for those who grew up with Mulan 1998:
"Who is that girl I see
Staring straight, back at me
Why is my reflection someone I don't know"
